-e-NumX is breakthrough technology available now from e-NumX . With your personal e-NumX, you can make call and receive calls from any telephone anywhere in the world.

4. How do I get my e-NumX?
-e-NumX issues you your personal internet telephone phone number to you for free. Just register on the web site, http://www.e-numx.com

5. How do I make FREE calls?
-From your PC you can call to any PC anywhere in the world for free.Using a usb telephone or a headset and microphone. Just inter their e-NumX and give them a free call. You need high speed internet service to make this call. The party you are calling must also register with e-NumX.

6. When is there a toll charge from e-NumX?
-Any time you make a call that is not an internet call. Calls to Homephone, cell phones & office number are toll charges.

7. What are the charges for toll calls?
-Lowest call rate in the world. Only .02 cents a minute for U.S. , Canada and top 40 countries. Other countries charge higher termination fees. See countries rate once you login into member’s page. Go under Enum -> Rate

8. Can I use my office, cell or home phone to make low cost calls?
-Yes, Available to you from e-NumX are the lowest call rates anywhere in the world. You can call from any telephone in the world directly to any telephone number in the world for only 2.9 ¢ /min, US, Canada and top 40 countries. Other countries are some what higher.

9. How to topup my e-Num air-time?
-Direct purchase using eWallet .
-Through stokist (bank in/cash)

10. My country doesn`t have mobile stokist, how can I get the air-time
-You can use eWallet and if you don’t have access to internet, you can look for nearby country mobile stokist

11. What are the different between callback and direct access?
-Call back system will help you save money. For example: when you calling to our access number the bill already starting calculation. So when you use the call back system will help you save the money for making call to access number

12. Where can I get the list of rates for e-Num ?
-You can get at your member page under eNum -> rate.

13. Will the credit air-time expired?
-Yes, after 6 months on first call

14. What is ANI?
-ANI stand for Automatic Number Identification where the mobile number that you registered will be recognize by the system. ANI also called as ‘pin less’ system.

15. How to set a mobile number into the ANI?
-Login to e-Numx.com
-Go to Enum -> Call Setting
-Insert the mobile number in the ‘Add New ANI’ box. The number cannot contained any symbols

16. How can I choose where to position new account (weather left or right/ and under whose account)?
-You can choose to position new account anywhere you want as long as it is under your group.

17. I viewed my vertical tree and noticed people down my line. Did you register them?
-Anybody from your up line can register people and place them in your vertical tree

18. I chose 88810002272 for user id but 88810002790 appeared in the registry.
-When you click submit application, the page will automatically switch to the new member that you registered. To avoid this problem, please use e-numx.com homepage to register.

19. Some names are repeated. Can we register more than once?
-Yes.

-The tree is only for members. When u sign up you become a user. When you upgrade
Then only will you will be in the plan and can be seen in your vertical tree.

21. If I sign up someone on the internet, I can’t put in the country.
-All that is available is Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and
USA. Is it possible to include other countries?
We are working on this problem. You can temporarily sign in under the country available there and it can be change in the future when other countries are available.

22. How can I change my e-numx website photo ?
- Login to your e-numX.com member`s page . Go to Membership -> Member Website -> Upload New Picture . Click Browse and choose the picture you want to upload. And then click ‘save changes’ .

23. How could we load up our enum now that we don’t have stockist in the Phlippines yet?
- You can purchase credit air-time using e-wallet, through nearby neighboring countries that has mobile stockist, or contact our company.

24. What other address could I login other than e-numx.com so I could learn more about this business?
-Currently we have only one website but we are upgrading and updating it. If you have any question please don’t hesitate to email us.

Free PC-to-PC Calling

Q26: Can I call a friend on their PC for free?
A: Yes, but your friends must have e-numX account and eSkySoftphone is installed in their PC.

Q27: Can I call emergency no using eSkySoftphone?
A: No

Q28: How can I get good quality of calling?

A:
1. Before you start calling other e-numX, you can check whether you have enough internet connection speed to support the calling and other internet based application you might be use at the same time.
2. You have to make sure you have working microphone and speakers. It is recommended to use headphone to avoid echoes.
3. Tuning your microphone and speaker using ‘Audio Wizard’ to get best audio level.

Q29: How do I make a call?

A:
1. Login to eSkySoftphone by using your e-numX account.
2. Enter e-numX number in the field.
3. Click at “Call” button and the called e-numX will receive the call.
4. Click at “End” button when you are done.

Q30: Why I experience an echo?

A: It is happened when your voice is picked by your friend’s microphone and the voice is actually transmitted back to you. It is recommended to use a headset and it will prevent the voice to transmitted back and produce echo.

There are several methods to avoid the echo:
1. Move away your microphone from speaker as far as possible.
2. Decrease the microphone level by move the microphone level control at the bottom of eSkySoftphone.
3. Decrease the speaker level by move the speaker level control at the bottom of eSkySoftphone.

Q31: Why is the other person’s voice sound like broken up?
A: It might be the internet connection speed doesn’t sufficient enough to support PC to PC call. To avoid this you have to make sure you are using at least 56kbit/s internet speed. If it is still happen, try to close other internet based application.

Q32: Why I can’t hear or my friends can’t hear me?

A:
You can test your system by:
1. Tuning your audio level by clicking ‘Audio Wizard’ and follow the instruction.
2. If it is still happen, you can manually set the audio level:

3. If you and your friends still having problem, try to disable “Microphone Boost”.

Q33: The microphone is currently used by another application.
A: eSkySoftphone don’t have access to your microphone, so what you can do is
a. Close the application, restart the eSkySoftphone
b. Do the “Audio Wizard” to make sure you can use your microphone.
c. If the above doesn’t help, try to restart your computer and repeat step a and b.

Q34: Can I start a voice conference with my friends by using eSkySoftphone?
A: No, the feature is not yet available and will be added soon.
