Dear eSky friends,
Due to telco was giving us problem, many calls were disconnected or dropped due to DTMF were not sent out properly. We have solved this issue by add in a few new lines from local and oversea telco lines. Therefore, you may receive call back from eSky server with private number or no number.
Besides, if your first call is not successful, you can still make another calls by using our redial function: ##. Whenever you want to make another call, just dial ## , you will end the current call and you are able to make another call.

Dear eSky friends, users and partners,
We at eSky understand that there are some difficulty to make eSky calls especially those Celcom mobile users in Central region Malaysia. We may facing some interruption by certain Telco from time to time.
Nevertheless, eSky will never stop there and do nothing. We have added a few more other callback numbers in order to overcome and solve this challenging issue.
If you are Celcom mobile users and you are based in KL, you are having difficulty to access our existing callback number, you are given other options by eSky now.
You can try to use these few numbers:

2. Malaysia new callback number : ??? coming soon
OR
3. eSky Singapore callback number: +6531255183
Pls take note that all the above-mentioned callback numbers are applied for all Malaysian users only.

Dear members,
In order to improve security to our system, we will not allow login to member admin portal using ENUM as the username. We will start to implement this starting on the 5th of September 2010. Please remember your username and password as we’re not going to accept any ENUM as the username login anymore after that date.

Dear all eSky members,
We would like to announce about why the member complain airtime missing.
Actually your airtime no mistake or missing,is our system using other calculate procedure.
For example:
USD20.00/0.04=500 minute.
but you make call through the server, we have to charge USD0.04/min,so that mean if you have call to your friend and your friend have answer the call,it become 1 call USD0.08/min.( Same with previously)
so we calculate procedure become the airtimne only can see =250 minute.

Now we teach you to put your number in your authorized caller IDs ( call setting)

You need login your enum account.

Click the Enum > Info.

Find the authorized caller IDs and then click it.

Click the New button and then put inside your phone number.( You need to put the ’6′ in front of your handphone number!!),When finish just need click Save.
When you done,you can make call to your friend.Other function still upgrading,but we will done as soon as possible.
